WHAT ARE BASIC PHOTOSHOP ?

Layers are very useful in Photoshop. Each layer is an individual which means you can edit it without editing any of the other layers. Create New Layer - To create a new layer go into 'Layer > New > Layer' or by click the box with folded corner at the bottom right hand corner of the Window.

HOW DOES IT WORK ?

It is common Parlance ( speech ) to say that an Image has been      '' Photoshopped '' or even just ''Shopped'' , meaning that its been Edited or Manipulated. It uses a Layer - Based Editing System . Layer can also act as Filters  , Changing Underlying Colors , Shadows   and other Effects can be added to the layers .
